Heru Lukito is the founding partner of HeruLukito & Partners. With over 20 years of experience as a practitioner in Intellectual Property Law, he began his professional career at Amroos & Partners, where he served as Partner and Head of the firm's trademark and litigation group. He later worked as a Senior IP Consultant at Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners.

 

Heru is a licensed advocate and a registered intellectual property consultant. He handles various Intellectual Property issues, advising on all aspects of intellectual property work, including trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights, trade secrets, and integrated circuit layouts.

 

He also advises clients on intellectual property protection in Indonesia and manages major trademark, patent, and industrial design portfolios.

 

His expertise in intellectual property law extends to representing both local and international companies across diverse industries, including retail, manufacturing, computers, entertainment, food and beverage, financial services, and pharmaceuticals.
